Entry Criteria
Ideal for practicing team leaders, helping them become more effective and confident in their role. Or for new or aspiring team leaders – helping them make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. This qualification is designed to help you boost your performance as a team member. If you are a practising team leader, they will help you be more effective and confident in your role.
Complete the level 2 modules, Leading Your Work Team, Developing Yourself as a Team Leader, Understanding Change in the Workplace and Methods of Communicating in the Workplace
Delivery
College sessions/lecture, group work, personal study and completion of work based assignments, presentations and reflective practice.
The sessions are delivered in English and the session resources are mainly in English although some resources are available in Welsh. The assignment, and portfolio of evidence can be completed/submitted in Welsh.
