Level 6 Advanced Physiology

    • Central and peripheral mechanisms
    • Central Governor Model
    • Psychobiological model
  • Physiological changes and exercise techniques:
    • Power development
    • Hypertrophy training
    • Injury prevention – eccentric loading
    • RFD and Neurological changes
    • Speed and COD training
