Course Description
To be awarded the certificate, learners must demonstrate that they have the skills and knowledge needed in the generation of repeat prescriptions. This is essential for individuals working in a Primary Care administrative or reception team
Entry Criteria
Learners must be 16 years of age or older and must be employed within an administrative role in Primary Care.
Delivery
This qualification is carried out through taking part in a presentation followed by the successful completion of a workbook. You will be supported by an assessor who will help to guide you through and assess your workbook. This qualification is available in both English and Welsh.
