Course Description
This is a supportive course that teaches us how to bring mindfulness into our lives in order to live in the present in a healthier and happier way. No prior experience is required. Each week, we will complete two different meditations and look at how we can practise daily mindfulness more easily so that our lives are less stressful. Delivery is mostly through English, though some Welsh is used.
Entry Criteria
No entry requirements. This course is free.
Delivery
Two meditations are facilitated each week, so that learners can try a variety of different kinds. We also discuss, as a group, different aspects of mindfulness and meditation, often in response to an article. Learners are given a brief mindfulness task to complete at home each week, which we then feedback on in class.
