Course Description

A relaxing slow flow Yoga class to strengthen the body and calm the mind and to connect back into the body by focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Followed by a guided meditation for a deep calming state. Yoga promotes general health and wellbeing and can support anyone dealing with Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Chronic Pain and Menopause.
