Established since 1979, Home Cooking is a casual dining experience offering freshly prepared meals in a relaxed bistro style setting.
If you aspire to be a professional chef, we offer the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of our experienced team. There is also the opportunity to enrol as an apprentice with Busnes@LlandrilloMenai leading to an industry recognised qualification.

Daily Duties
All aspects of food handling including preparation, cookery and presentation of food ready for service.
Kitchen Housekeeping – Contribute towards maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment. Cleaning of work station, systematic cleaning of kitchen hard ware & utensils.
Kitchen management - As required, take part and contribute in team meetings. Assist in HACCP, stock taking, stock rotation, menu planning and other duties as required.
Desirable Personal Qualities
Possess a positive attitude to learning.
Possess high standards of hygiene.
Will enjoy working as part of a team.
Possess good organisation skills.
Possess a genuine interest in training to be a chef.
