We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic individual to ensure effective management of Awel y Dyffryn and foster a community and supportive atmosphere in a safe environment. You will act as the main contact for the Association for tenants, prospective tenants and the local community ensuring housing management services with excellent support for tenants. You will provide appropriate support to tenants to enable them to maintain their tenancy successfully; respect and promote their rights, choices and independence. We are looking for an individual who can collaborate effectively with the care providers on site together with other agencies that provide care, support or health services in order to meet the needs of the tenants and ensure the smooth running of the scheme.
