Our busy bar and restaurant are central to creating memorable moments, serving delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Cook to join our team and help us deliver high-quality meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in line with our menu.

• Assist in planning and creating daily specials.

• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy service periods.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and minimise food waste.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Contribute ideas for menu enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment (Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided)

• Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.

• Basic food hygiene certification (preferred).

• Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
