Dental Nurse Trainee Apprenticeship

Abergele Dental Surgery is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic trainee dental nurse to join our team in Abergele. We are a small family dental Practice, mainly Private/Den plan patients with a small NHS Contract.

Duties include:

• Chairside assistance - to assist dental team during patient examinations and treatments, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for patients.
• Sterilization and Infection Control- maintain strict infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Patient Care- interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner, helping to alleviate any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Record Keeping- accurately record patient information, treatment plans, and maintain organized patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administrative Tasks- assist when necessary with reception duties, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills

No prior experience necessary, we welcome candidates with a genuine interest in dental healthcare.
