Human Resources Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to support the Human Resources Team to provide advice and support to managers and staff on employment and welfare issues. You will provide a comprehensive, proactive and confidential human resources service to the Team ensuring compliance with the Group's employment policies. We expect the successful candidate to contribute positively towards continuous improvement in the Team's aims and objectives taking into account our value for money values. You will lead on, and be the custodian of, the human resources database and the time management database.
We are looking for someone to reflect our values and who has the same drive as us to provide an excellent service to our staff, where our tenants are at the core of our work.
