Grŵp Cynefin has been providing quality, safe and affordable housing across six counties in north Wales and north Powys to over 8,000 people since 2014.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to be responsible for supervising, coordinating, managing benefits, and introducing change within strategically important work programs within a new team; Business Improvement, ensuring alignment with Grŵp Cynefin's wider aims and objectives.

The job involves program planning and implementation, introducing change, and ensuring that programs and projects operate effectively, within budget, and within time. The Program Manager will also be asked to manage some projects directly.

This position requires a dynamic Manager with extensive experience in program management, who reflects our values ​​and has the same drive as us to provide an excellent service, where our tenants are at the core of our work.

Contract - Permanent
Hours - 35 hours
Location - Penygroes or Denbigh and working from home
