Senior Human Resources Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to provide an effective human resources service by providing advice and support to managers and staff. You will assist the Manager and Co-ordinator to give advice and guidance to the Leadership Team and other Managers on strategies and human resources issues, so that the group can achieve its aims and objectives. You will work proactively to ensure that the group complies with employment laws and encourage good practice leading on all Grŵp Cynefin Human Resources processes.
We are looking for someone to reflect our values and who has the same drive as us to provide an excellent service to our staff, where our tenants are at the core of our work.
