Service Manager (Repairs & Maintenance)

Grŵp Cynefin has been providing quality, safe and affordable housing across six counties in north Wales and north Powys to over 8,000 people since 2014.

​We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work with the Maintenance team. The team provides all repairs and maintenance to vacant properties and tenants for the Group, as well as carrying out investment work through a planned programme.

The Manager will take responsibility and accountability for the efficient and effective delivery of proposed investment, responsive repairs and vacant property work to ensure that agreed targets and timetables are met or exceeded.

The Manager will also ensure that the team inspects homes and construction sites during the pre-construction period, the work period and after completion to assess compliance with Health and Safety, contract requirements and quality standards and ensure that all KPIs are monitored and met.

You will provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring that our customers can live in homes of the best possible standards.

This position requires motivational and inclusive leadership skills and the ability to implement and manage change effectively.

Location - Penygroes or Denbigh and working from home
