Powlsons is a successful family-run printing business that has been based in Colwyn Bay for over 100 years. We are seeking a trainee to join the company at an exciting stage of its development.

• Communicate clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

• Show a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Be prepared to work in all areas of the business: graphic design, printing production, and office tasks.

Desired Skills (Not Essential):

• Previous experience in people management.
• Creative flair and commercial awareness.
• Ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
• Proficiency in social media and IT.
• Experience in leading or participating in new projects.
