Senior Capital Projects Officer (fixed term to December 2027)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Capital Projects Management Officer at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLlM).
One of the largest College groups in the UK, stretching four counties across north Wales, GLLM has a strong capital programme, valued in the region of £90M over the next 5 years. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our strategic capital projects team.
The successful candidate will support the Director and other senior members of the Grŵp and will be responsible for managing the application of the Grŵp's project control framework including project initiation, change control, ingoing streams, handover and project closures and will work closely with each project's clerk of works.
An understanding of construction site safety regulations is a must, as are good communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you'll hold PRINCE2 practitioner certification.
