**Match funding is the capital expenditure to deliver the scope of the agreed Full Business Case (FBC) in addition to the contribution made by the Growth Deal. If the match funding is to be provided through debt (e.g. loan) then the business case must demonstrate in the financial case that the project can afford to repay the loan and associated interest costs. If the match funding is provided via secured debt, Ambition North Wales should be notified and will require consideration by their legal advisors
