A Coleg Llandrillo Performing Arts student realised one of his dreams recently after he gained an acting role in an American multi-award-winning mockumentary series, sharing screentime with legends Dame Helen Mirren and Tom Jones!

Over 100 students from Coleg Llandrillo’s Independent Living Skills (ILS) department - together with staff and students from several other departments - served up a winter wonderland today, hosting their annual end-of-year outdoor Christmas market at the college’s Rhos-on-Sea campus.

Last week we held our Green Digital Future event at Busnes@LlandrilloMenai in Parc Menai. It was great to welcome colleagues, partners and local businesses to celebrate our Green Digital Academy project. Taking centre stage were the SMEs who were part of the project. They shared their experiences and how they have been supported to reduce carbon emissions.

A group of Sports students from Coleg Menai took centre stage at a council-run well-being initiative for adults with additional leaning needs and disabilities.

Nearly 2,000 learners across Grŵp Llandrillo Menai gave the college group a giant thumbs-up in a recent student survey, with 99% of learners rating both their college, and the quality of teaching and learning, as ‘very good’.
