We will attend your School Annual review meeting. We will discuss what you can expect from your college support after we attend your school annual review or you get in touch. You will be provided with information about the college's Universal Learning Provision and the Additional Learning Provision.
Links parents, carers or guardians & other agencies
We will talk with your parents, carers, guardians, and other agencies to determine the best way to support you.
When we receive your consent for your school and other relevant agencies to share relevant information with us, we will request any medical or learning support evidence we need (as part of your application) to provide the most appropriate support for you in college.
One Page Profile and Individual Development Plan
The one-page profile or Individual Development Plan will be created or updated for you to start your course. We will review your plan on an annual basis.
College Open Events, visits & tours
Support can be provided during open events. We can also arrange bespoke tours and personalised visits to college to help you familiarise yourself with the campus.
Additional Learning Needs Questionnaire
To enable us to assess your support needs we will send you an Additional Learning Needs questionnaire to complete; this will help us understand how best to support you during your time in college.
