Period Dignity

Working with our Active Ambassadors we developed the 'It won't stop us' Campaign. As part of this inspiring campaign, we promote the importance of maintaining physical activity to reduce the symptoms of menstruation and that periods should not act as a barrier to engaging in either learning or active wellbeing. Alongside this we have developed free complimentary exercise resources which learners can do at home.

Access to free products: Within Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, we also provide FREE eco-friendly single use and reusable period products at Learner Services on each campus as well as a delivery service to learners' own homes.

Wellbeing and Physical Activity Programme

We have a wellbeing and physical activity programme at the college and the Wellbeing and Enrichment Officers and a Rugby Officer work with learners to arrange a wide range of sporting and non-sporting activities across all campuses.
