Course Description

In this two-hour creative workshop, learners will explore the world of silk painting while crafting beautiful Christmas themed designs. Whether a complete beginner or those with some artistic experience participants will learn essential techniques, experiment with colours, and create a piece that’s perfect for gifting or decorating their home. Silk painting provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of patterns and symmetry, while strengthening spatial awareness, time management and problem-solving abilities. This workshop is for adults over the age of 19. All materials are provided.
