    Course Description


    We will look at what affects children and young people in their engagement with education and in building positive relationships with adults and peers.

    We will consider the impact trauma and attachment has on young people and how best to support them.

    We will consider the neurodiverse learner and strategies to support them in a school setting.

    We will look at how LEGO can be used to develop social and communication difficulties.

    The day will include a presentation from CAMHS In-Reach on how they can help schools to support children with mental health difficulties.
