Course Description
This course is suitable for learners who are not currently working in a business setting but would like to engage in employment opportunities that use IT skills e.g. administrative role. It can also be used for those already employed in a business setting as CPD and looking to improve their skills.
The 2 levels taught vary in the level of using software packages. Level 1 is more for those who have limited or no knowledge of using these programs and Level 2 to "brush up" on their IT skills or as progression.
