Course Description
Available at level 3 these qualifications are aimed at anyone who works in an administrative or clerical role within a healthcare setting. This can include individuals who are responsible for using clinical systems or handling sensitive data. A wide variety of units can be chosen, from business administration, health and social care, and IT subject areas.
Entry Criteria
You will need to be 19 years of age or older and must be employed within an administrative role in Health Informatics.
Delivery
An assessor will work alongside you, as well as a mentor from your workplace. Visits will be conducted remotely using an electronic portfolio and Microsoft Teams. Your competence will be proven using real (confidential) examples from your workplace.

Witness Testimonies from your colleagues or line manager
Diplomas will be marked by a workplace assessor and moderated by the internal verifier.
