Our state-of-the-art training facilities include training restaurants open to the public at our Bangor, Dolgellau and Rhos-on-Sea campuses. Here you’ll get to train using the latest facilities and put the skills and knowledge you learn into practice in a real-world setting.
Our courses include a range of different areas of the hospitality industry.
You could develop your skills in culinary arts, where you can master the art of cooking, from classic dishes to innovative cuisine. Or you could learn about the intricacies of front-of-house service, from taking orders to managing wine cellars as part of our food and beverage service courses.
You can further develop the leadership skills to manage successful hospitality businesses as part of our progression onto Hospitality Management courses.
