Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor ym Mhwllheli yn 30 Oed
Mae safle Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor ym Mhwllheli yn dathlu ei bod yn 30 mlynedd ers i'r dysgwyr cyntaf ddechrau astudio yno yn hydref 1993.
Bydd y dathliadau'n dechrau'r wythnos nesaf ar stondin Grŵp Llandrillo Menai yn yr Eisteddfod Genedlaethol ym Moduan (stondin 317-320), ddydd Sadwrn 12 Awst.
Rhwng 2.00pm a 4.00pm gwahoddir myfyrwyr hen a newydd i ddigwyddiad cacen a phaned er mwyn cael hel atgofion a chwrdd â hen ffrindiau.
Yn ogystal, bydd Dafydd Evans, Prif Weithredwr Grŵp Llandrillo Menai'n dweud ychydig eiriau.
Dywedodd Aled Jones-Griffith, Pennaeth Coleg Menai a Choleg Meirion-Dwyfor,
“Rydym yn edrych ymlaen at ddathlu deng mlynedd ar hugain hapus a llwyddiannus ar ein campws ym Mhwllheli, ac yn gobeithio y bydd llawer o gyn-fyfyrwyr a chyn-aelodau staff yn gallu ymuno â ni!
“Mae Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor yn darparu addysg o'r radd flaenaf, ac rydym yn falch bod safon ein cyrsiau galwedigaethol a'n cyrsiau Safon Uwch ymhlith y gorau yng Nghymru.”
Ers 1993, mae bron i 15,000 o bobl ifanc wedi manteisio ar yr addysg wych sydd ar gael yng Ngholeg Meirion-Dwyfor, ac mae gan y coleg gymuned glodwiw o gyn-fyfyrwyr sy'n cynnwys beirdd, cantorion, peirianwyr, darlledwyr, gwyddonwyr a llawer rhagor, gan brofi bod addysg o'r radd flaenaf i'w chael yn y gornel fach wledig hon o Gymru.

The celebrations will kick off next week at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai’s stand at the National Eisteddfod in Boduan (stand 317-320), on Saturday the 12th of August.
Between 2pm-4pm, current and past students are invited to join in on a tea and cake event to share memories and catch up with old friends.
Grŵp Llandrillo Menai’s Chief Executive, Dafydd Evans, will also say a few words.

“We look forward to celebrating a joyous and successful thirty years of our campus in Pwllheli, and hope that many of our alumni and past colleagues can join us!”
“Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor provides an excellent quality of education, and we’re proud of the standards in the vocational and A Level courses which are among the best in Wales”.
Since 1993, almost 15,000 young people have taken advantage of an excellent education at Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor, and the college has a prestigious community of alumni including poets, singers, engineers, broadcasters, scientists and many more, proving that world-class education is available in a rural corner of Wales.
