Astudiodd Jac Lewis, o Benygroes ger Caernarfon, Beirianneg yng Ngholeg Menai yn 2014, wrth gwblhau rhaglen Brentisiaeth tair blynedd yn Wylfa ar Ynys Môn.
Ers cwblhau'r Brentisiaeth, mae Jac bellach yn gweithio fel Peiriannydd Proses ar gyfer Unilever yng Nghilgwri.
Cwblhaodd Jac yr her anodd dros benwythnos y Pasg, lle cychwynnodd am 6:00 fore Gwener, o waelod Llyn Marchlyn Mawr, hyd at yr argae. Cwblhaodd 101 lap, ac i gyd, roedd yr her dros 360 milltir o hyd, a dros 87,000 troedfedd o daldra!
Dywedodd Jac, "Diolch i bawb sydd wedi rhoi hyd yma i'r achos teilwng yma. Roeddwn i eisiau codi arian ar gyfer Alzheimer's Society, gan fod y clefyd wedi effeithio ar fy nheulu a theulu fy nyweddi. "
"Hoffwn ddiolch i fy ffrind Callum Dixon, a gwblhaodd un hyd Everest ochr yn ochr â mi, yn ogystal â Ross Howcroft-Jones, Aiden O'leary, Kieran Wynne-Cattanach, Jack Cole a Chris Mann, a gefnogodd fi wrth chwblhau nifer fawr o lapiau, hefyd "
Ychwanegodd, "Rwy'n annog pawb i herio eu hunain! Hyfforddwch yn galed ac ewch amdani, mae'n werth chweil yn y diwedd. "

"I'd like to thank my friend Callum Dixon, who completed one Everest length alongside myself, as well as Ross Howcroft-Jones, Aiden O'leary, Kieran Wynne-Cattanach, Jack Cole and Chris Mann, who supported me and also completed many laps, too"
He added, "I'd encourage everyone to challenge themselves once in a while! Train hard and go for it, it's really rewarding."
