Adborth Cadarnhaol gan Ddysgwyr yn yr Arolwg Myfyrwr

Gwahoddwyd yr holl ddysgwyr o dri choleg y Grŵp - Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai a Choleg Meirion-Dwyfor - i gymryd rhan yn 'Arolwg y Dysgwr Addysg Bellach - Hydref 2022'.

Nododd 99% o'r dysgwyr hefyd eu bod yn 'teimlo eu bod ar y cwrs cywir' a'u bod yn 'gwybod gyda phwy i gysylltu pan fyddant yn absennol'. Cytunodd 97% eu bod wedi: 'derbyn adborth defnyddiol ar eu cynnydd hyd yn hyn'; 'bod y coleg yn gynwysedig o bawb ac yn caniatáu dysgwyr i fynegi eu hunain fel unigolion' a bod yr 'addysgu a'r dysgu yn bodloni eu anghenion unigol'. Roedd 96% yn 'ymwybodol o'u targedau ar gyfer y cwrs ac o ran llythrennedd a rhifedd'.

Roedd yr adborth gan fyfyrwyr yn cynnwys ystod eang o ddyfyniadau cadarnhaol dros ben: 'Cewch eich trin fel oedolyn, nid fel myfyriwr'; 'Mae astudioyn y coleg yn dda gan ein bod yn cael cyfle i gyrraedd ein targedau a datblygu yn barod i'r dyfodol'; 'Mae fy nhiwtor personol yn gefnogol iawn' ac mae 'Dosbarthiadau bychan yn ei gwneud yn haws i mi ganolbwyntio ac mae'r athrawon yn rhoi llawer iawn o help i ni'.

99% of learners also said that they ‘feel like they are on the right course’ and that they ‘know who to contact when absent’. 97% agreed that they had: ‘received useful feedback on their progress so far’; ‘that college is inclusive of everyone and allows learners to express themselves as individuals’ and that ‘teaching and learning meets their individual needs’. 96% ‘know their targets for the course and for literacy and numeracy’.

Student feedback included a wide range of extremely positive quotes: 'You don’t get treated like a student, you get treated like an adult'; ‘Studying in college is good because we get the chance to reach our targets and progress in the future’; ‘My personal tutor is very supportive’, and 'Small classes make it easier to focus and the teachers help us a lot'.
