Cynllun cymhorthdal ar gael i fusnesau Llandudno i'w helpu i dalu cyflogau dros y gaeaf
Mae'r cynllun 'Cadw er mwyn Arloesi' newydd yn cynnig cymhorthdal cyflog i helpu busnesau i gadw gweithwyr tymhorol neu i recriwtio gweithwyr yn gynnar i baratoi ar gyfer tymor yr haf 2022.
Mae'r cynllun yn rhan o 'Hwb Arloesi Llandudno ar gyfer Twristiaeth'. Mewn partneriaeth â Mostyn Estates, nod y prosiect hwn yw ysbrydoli, ysgogi a chreu arloesedd ym maes twristiaeth yn Llandudno. Mae Hwb Arloesi Llandudno ar gyfer Twristiaeth wedi derbyn £825,000 drwy Gronfa Adfywio Cymunedol Llywodraeth y DU.
Yn rhan o’r cynllun, sydd ar gael i fusnesau yn Llandudno'n unig, bydd gofyn i'r busnes a'r gweithwyr sy'n derbyn y cymhorthdal gymryd rhan mewn prosiect arloesi byr a fydd yn cefnogi gweithgareddau'r busnes yn y dyfodol.
Yn ystod lansiad y cynllun newydd bydd Busnes@LlandrilloMenai yn cynnal sesiynau ar-lein i rannu gwybodaeth:

Bydd y sesiynau rhannu gwybodaeth yn esbonio'r broses ymgeisio a'r meini prawf cymhwysedd ac yn dweud pa ddogfennau fydd eu hangen arnoch i gefnogi eich cais.
Meddai'r Rheolwr Prosiectau Rhanbarthol, Gary Jones: "Mae cefnogi'r sector dwristiaeth yn Llandudno i arloesi'n rhan allweddol o'r prosiect. Nod 'Cadw er mwyn Arloesi' yw gwella rhagolygon cyflogaeth gweithwyr yn y sector a rhoi cyfle i fusnesau ganolbwyntio ar adnewyddu eu model busnes yn ystod y misoedd tawel."

The scheme is part of the brand new ‘Llandudno Tourism Innovation Hub’. This project, in partnership with Mostyn Estates, aims to inspire, motivate and create innovation in tourism in Llandudno. The Llandudno Tourism Innovation Hub has received £825,000 from the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund.
As part of the scheme, only open to businesses in Llandudno - both the business and the subsidised employee will be required to undertake a short innovation project to support and benefit the businesses future activities.
As part of the launch of the new scheme, Busnes@LlandrilloMenai will be hosting online briefing and information sessions:

- Wednesday 16th February, 10:30 to 11:30am
- Wednesday 23rd February, 10:30 to 11:30am
- Wednesday 2nd March, 10:30 to 11:30am

Gary Jones, Regional Projects Manager, said: “Supporting innovation within the tourism sector in Llandudno is at the heart of the project. ‘Retain to Innovate’ aims to improve the employment prospects of employees within the sector and also allows businesses to focus on innovating their business model in the quieter months.”
