Mae dau o gyn-fyfyrwyr Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor Eben Reed a Rhodri Price newydd gael eu cydnabod gan Project Horizons / Gorwelion y BBC, sy'n gynllun a gan BBC Cymru Cymru mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Celfyddydau Cymru i ddatblygu cerddoriaeth gyfoes annibynnol newydd yng Nghymru, fel label cerddoriaeth a chynhyrchu cyffrous newydd.
Aeth Eben Rees, ar ôl astudio ar gyfer ei Safon Uwch yn Pwllheli, ymlaen i astudio Meddygaeth yng Nghaerdydd ac mae bellach yn feddyg a Rhodri Price a astudiodd ar beirianneg lefel 3 BTEC yn yr Hafan ac a aeth ymlaen i astudio Cynhyrchu Sain a Cherddoriaeth yn Lerpwl John Moores ac mae bellach yn astudio ar gyfer MSc mewn Fforensig Sain ac Adfer.
Dywedodd Eben Rees yn ddiweddar, eu bod yn gobeithio,
“Dylanwadu ar sain y sin gyda cherddoriaeth rydych chi wir yn credu ynddi fel grŵp - gan wthio cerddoriaeth a genres nad oedd pobl o reidrwydd yn meddwl nac yn gwybod y byddent yn eu mwynhau, a chefnogi artistiaid “
Rydym yn falch iawn o’u llwyddiant, a dymunwn y gorau i’r ddau ohonynt ar gyfer y dyfodol.
Ydych chi'n barod i wneud cais? I'ch helpu i benderfynu, bydd y Grŵp yn cynnal digwyddiad agored rhithwir drwy gydol yr haf. O gyfforddusrwydd a diogelwch eich cartref, cewch ddysgu rhagor am ein dewis eang o gyrsiau, y profiad o astudio yn y coleg a'r gefnogaeth ragorol sydd ar gael. Yn ogystal, cewch wneud cais ar-lein a sicrhau eich lle ar gyfer Medi 2021.

After studying for his A-levels at Pwllheli, Eben went on to study Medicine at Cardiff and is now a doctor. Rhodri, who completed a BTEC Level 3 in Engineering at the Hafan and went on to study Audio and Music Production at Liverpool John Moores University, is now studying for an MSC Audio Forensics and Restoration.
Eben said recently that they wish “to influence the sound of the scene with music that you can truly believe in as a collective - pushing music and genres that people didn't necessarily think or know they would enjoy, and supporting artists who are fully invested and passionate about the music we love.”
We are very proud of their success, and we wish both of them the very best for the future.
